Do I have to sign a contract if I want to use your cleaning services?
No, you do not have to sign a contract to use AlwaysReadyCleaning services. We understand that every customer’s needs are unique, and we cater to those needs accordingly. We offer flexible cleaning plans that suit your schedule and budget. You can book our services on a one-time basis or opt for recurring cleaning sessions. We believe in building long-term relationships with our customers, and we are confident that our quality services will keep you coming back for more.
How much should I tip my maid?
Tipping is not required but is always appreciated. Our maids work hard to provide you with a clean and comfortable home, so if you feel like tipping them, it won’t go unappreciated. The average tip amount is $10 per hour, so for a 2-hour service, most customers tip $20, and for a Routine Cleaning, they tip $40. You may give your maid a cash tip. However, please note that tipping is not mandatory, and your maid will work hard for you regardless of whether you tip or not.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We have a standard list of household products that we bring to every cleaning service. However, if you prefer that we use your products or vacuum cleaner, we are certainly able to do that.
What can I expect with a 2 hour cleaning service?
When you purchase a 2 Hour House Cleaning service, we will ask you to make a list of the things that you would like us to clean. We will send one highly trained house cleaner to work on your list for the entire two hours. Since every house is different (size, age, condition) we cannot guarantee that everything on your list will get done.
What is Deep Cleaning?
Deep cleaning is a thorough and comprehensive cleaning service that goes beyond regular cleaning tasks. It involves cleaning and disinfecting hard-to-reach areas, such as baseboards, light fixtures, and ceiling fans. Deep cleaning also includes cleaning the inside and outside of cabinets and appliances, scrubbing grout and tile, and removing cobwebs and dust from all surfaces. The pricing is determined by your chosen service plan and the square footage of your home. Our offices offer complimentary, no-obligation estimates for cleaning services directly over the phone, or you can conveniently complete one of the forms on our website at any time, 24/7.
Is maid service available on weekends?
Yes, we offer maid service on Saturdays for an additional fee of $25 per maid. Please let us know in advance if you would like to schedule cleaning on a weekend.
